Kansas Vision Teachers can now download KIRC’s Textbook Information Request Form (PDF Format).

KIRC is an instructional materials center which provides materials and services to teachers in the state of Kansas who work with students with visual impairments.

We provide :

• Braille textbooks
• Braille library books
• Large print textbooks
• Large print library books
• Recorded books
• Educational aids
• Professional library
• Assistive technology

Most KIRC services are available to Kansas local education agencies at no cost.

KIRC coordinates volunteers and internally produces materials as well as circulates and maintains a 12,000 item library collection for use by educators and families.
